About Us

The Cellar Door Company is a trading name of Albion Architectural Concrete and sister of The Stone Cellar Company.

We are passionate about design and attention to detail and are extremely proud of our cellar doors and access hatches, and believe we offer an unparalleled service and range of products.

When you first contact us we will be happy to discuss your requirements in a friendly and informal way. We can, if required, visit you to take detailed measurements, or we can liaise directly with you or your builder or architect to ensure that you get exactly what you need.

When you order your door we will provide you with detailed drawings for approval prior to commencement of manufacture. All our doors are made to measure so therefore you should expect a lead time of around 4 weeks.

Our cellar doors are designed for easy installation (but very heavy!) and again, we can advise you or your builder when the time comes to install, or if needed we have our own dedicated door fitters. Installation will normally be done in a day and should be carried out if possible before flooring is laid.

We have our own in-house design team who will work with you to make sure that your door fits and that installation is a pleasant and pain-free experience.
